TERROIR AND GRAPES
Grenache noir, Syrah, Cinsault and Vermentino on calcareous-clay sedimentary soils on the banks of the Aumesspring, perfect for the black grape varieties destined for our Rosé wines to flourish.
ELABORATION
The grapes are harvested by hand and cooled in a cold room to preserve the aroma precursors and protect the grapes from oxidation. The following day, the grapes are destemmed and cold-pressed.
The Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault and Vermentino grapes are vinified together to achieve a harmonious balance.
The wine is matured in stainless steel vats to preserve all the freshness of the fruit and a certain tension on the palate.
Before bottling, the wine is lightly filtered to preserve all its intensity.
The wine is bottled in the spring, according to the lunar calendar, to bring you our Ventoux rosé wine in all its tonicity.
To the eye
Peach-coloured with silvery tints.
To the nose
Fresh and intense, with aromas of white fruit such as vine peach,
and hints of citrus (blood orange, kumquat).
A bouquet of freshness and delicacy with scents of redcurrant, harlequin candy and notes of elderberry.
In the mouth
On the palate asilky texture is combined with a beautiful tension that accompanies greedy aromas of tart fruittangy fruit (redcurrant), citrus (lemon bergamot),jasmine and lily of the valley. Fragrant and invigorating this wine offers a crisp aromatic balance, finishing on beautiful salivating bitters.
